미국교정학회지 논문 선정

박재현(애리조나 치과대학 교정과) 교수가 Dr. Kiyoshi Tai와 함께 공동 연구한 논문인 ‘Improvement of facial profile by nonextraction orthodontic treatment with temporary skeletal anchorage devices and visual treatment objectives’이 2018년 11월호 미국 치과 교정학회지(American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, 이하 AJO-DO)에 ‘Case of the Month’ 논문으로 선정돼 논문과 함께 논문을 설명한 video가 AJO-DO website에 게재됐다.

AJO-DO는 교정학회지 중에서 citation index가 가장 높은 학술지이다.

한편, 박재현 교수는 Journal of Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists의 편집장으로도 활동하고 있으며, 2024년에는 전 미주 미국 교정 전문의(American Board of Orthodontics) 회장으로 취임할 예정이다.
